To honor and commemorate the life, legacy, and contributions of Louisvillians Patty Smith Hill and Mildred Jane Hill through educational programs, activities, and facilities including, but not limited to, a public park focusing on the importance of early development as a key to creating strong communities, and to engage in and foster other charitable and educational activities consistent with the above purposes.
